Larimar is a rare, blue variety of the mineral pectolite, found exclusively in the Dominican Republic, known for its ocean-like patterns of light sky blue to deep turquoise with white marbling, named for the sea ("mar") and the discoverer's daughter, Larissa. It's valued as a gemstone for jewelry, prized for its unique coloring and silky luster.

This ring measures a size 6.25 US . Please contact me if you have any questions about the sizing! I may be able to stretch it up to one size larger.

This piece has been hand forged by me in my little studio using methods that have been around for hundreds of years. All metal used on this piece is solid 999 fine silver and solid 925 sterling silver. I use recycled fine silver and recycled sterling silver whenever possible.
